This is about Quade Cooper who is a football player. he was postponed to compete in two match because he damaged other South Africa competitor. However, the wallabies debated the committees were one-sided and given fewer bans for South Africa players.
I know a few about football so I think, when the problems were happened both of teams had to show responsible for it and apologize each other about the problems.
